Brexit und die Schweiz: “Mind the Gap” (Astrid Epiney)

The contribution first stresses the architecture of the relationship between Switzerland and the European Union before dealing with the implications of the “Brexit” for the position of UK as a treaty party of mixed agreements. Furthermore, different possibilities of the future framework of the relationship between UK and Switzerland are presented and analysed. Selected questions of swiss constitutional law are also taken into account.
